Its a bit run down. (Dont waste your money on the restaurant Panoramico across from the hotel! Expensive and below average food.)

Extremely comfy bed in queen room with central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk. Incredible and absolutely perfect location with free parking available near Several restaurant options as well as the do Parque. Again, walking distance to a religious retreat.

Amazing city views made the stay nice.
The bathroom design lacked privacy, uncomfortable. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The coffee was instant and unpleasant. I also encountered rude service while trying to enjoy the bar, which soured the overall experience.

This hotel would have been decent if not for the issues. First, the breakfast was average with cold eggs and jar mushrooms, how good. The room lacked even basic privacy with the bathroom layout. And honestly, a complimentary gesture for our trouble wouldve been nice. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

In a beautiful mountain/country park environment (not that we saw much as the fog was at ground level) Good restaurant in adjoining hotel - part of same group.
The beds are monastic to say the least but surprisingly more comfortable than they look.
